I love the T shirt. I think it will flatten out with enough "coaxing" from a steam iron and perhaps (last resort) stretched on a wooden frame.

It's okay to block your quilt...think of it as a rectangular shawl and go for it! ;-)
Fun. It will flatten out once all the quilting is done, if not, pin it to the floor and steam it then let it dry there.
