So, the last 7 or 8 days the artistic side of my brain has been on speed or something, because I've had a slew of ideas for new art work - mostly wall, but bed as well; but I've been too busy to actually do anything about those ideas besides write them down.

I am working on this... and other things today.

The other day a certain (very) tall someone who may or may not have at one point lived inside of my body expressed a certain curiosity about why I "need so much thread".  In response, I offer the following picture:

As I'm sure you've figured out by now, I decided that the piece should have an undewater theme, so I got busy making a "seascape"; quilting in sand, foliage, stones, even adding a school of fish.

If you're the type of person who likes to scroll back through older content on a blog, you may notice that mine has increased by four or five-fold.  The reason is because I've imported content from my other two blogs to this one, in preparation for the closing of those two blogs on June 1.

I will go back and delete double (and even triple!) posts, in fact, I've started the process. And I'm also going to get around (at some point) to changing and condensing the tags. But in the meantime, please overlook any such errors.

And thanks for hanging out 'round here.



P.S. - I just found out something funny - all of the comments were imported here as well - but they all look like they come from me! Apparently, I've been talking to myself for three years!
