I have had a crazy amount of productivity lately - when I say "crazy" - I mean full on cray-cray people!
In the past ten days I have made 11 (yes, that's ELEVEN dresses) for myself for work, and three "house" dresses (I come home from work, take off my dress, and put on a dress - true story. *hee*).
Three of them I made last night, including one out of teal green Chinese silk brocade and one out of a beautiful red watered silk. Delicious.
I've also started another art piece and am 3/4 of the way through a large wall quilt - I probably would have finished the quilt yesterday, but I ran out of backing fabric and have to get more. Which is when I used that excess energy to make the dresses.
I've also got some dyed fabric to show you and some work on some WIPs to show you - but who has time to post? Because as if all of that wasn't enough - I was busy making Barbie clothes too. Not for any reason in particular, mind... just because I bought a box of nearly 200 pairs of Barbie shoes for $10 and thought they should have some outfits to go with them. *laughs*
But back to the textile stuff, pics coming soon...
P.S. Scamper is not our dog - we wanted to bring him home from the pound, but he doesn't like cats. Which is unfortunate - because I fell in love with him, and our cats like dogs.

Oh my gosh - Kit, do you sleep once in a while? At least a bit? Like an hour or so ??? Sorry to hear Scamper is not your dog, he sure looks like a really nice guy !

ha ha ha, i do the same thang! take off a dress to put on another one. i have moved heavy objects and boxes in a dress. oooooo the little doggie is so cute!!!
